Now also in Südlohn and Oeding: The Super Hero Factory is here!

A firm stance, a calm breath - and a lot of inner strength: the “Super Hero Factory” resilience and self-assertion training program from founder Bernd Liesbrock and his team has been launched at St. Vitus School in Südlohn. The Von Galen School in Oeding will follow a little later. A total of around 400 primary school children from both districts are taking part in this very special super hero training.

But it's about more than just heroic poses: the children learn how to confront bullying with inner strength, courage and solidarity. The principal of St. Vitus School, Friederike Voß, explains: "We like the program because it is designed to be sustainable: it accompanies the children over several school years, is integrated into everyday school life and is supplemented by parents' evenings. This long-term support gives us continuity with such an important topic. We are delighted to have the Superhero Factory on our side as an extracurricular partner. Every child benefits because they learn to recognize their own strengths and make targeted use of them."

The path to resilience begins as early as Year 2 - with playful clarity, child-friendly exercises and a large portion of appreciation. The project is also made possible by committed local partners. “We were immediately impressed by the idea of the Superhero Factory,” says Corinna Schraven from the BEWITAL Group, for example. "The goal is clear and meaningful: a region full of strong children. That's why we are fully committed to supporting this project - also because values such as resilience, team spirit and respectful interaction are just as important to us as they will be later in our professional lives."

While the first children in Südlohn are already practising their superhero stance, the final preparations are underway in Oeding. Bernd Liesbrock emphasizes: "We really appreciate having such committed partners as BEWITAL at our side for Südlohn and Oeding - companies that really care about the well-being of the children. Their support makes our work possible in the first place. And one thing is clear: the community can look forward to many new little heroes - brave, vigilant and with a smile on their faces."

And sometimes the magic is tangible: When the children slip into their superhero roles, it's not just their attitude that grows, but also their imagination. This is also the case during training at St. Vitus School: a boy speaks up with a serious face - ready for training, but with a clear request: "Can I have the superhero sweater too? Otherwise I won't be able to fly!"
