Not sure which career is right for you? We'll figure it out together! Ole, now an apprentice industrial mechanic specializing in maintenance, did just that: "During my internship, I was able to check out many departments and quickly find out what I enjoy doing. It was great to get to know the team and the working environment before I started my training—and I got the job offer quickly!“ Ole has been a permanent member of the trainee team since August 2025. ”Our internships give you real insights and allow you to get to know several different professions,“ says Corinna Schraven from Human Resources. ”This helps many people find out what suits them best."
Growing together – training with a future
BEWITAL currently has around 600 employees—and that number is growing. The company is expanding steadily and offers real prospects for young talent. “Our trainees are an important part of the team,” says Schraven. “Many take on responsible tasks after their training or continue their education. We attach great importance to everyone being able to follow their own path here – whether in production, engineering, logistics, administration, or in the development center.” The training opportunities are diverse: from industrial clerks and process engineers to media designers and industrial mechanics to warehouse clerks – there are more than ten different professions to choose from.

“For many, the Training Night is the first step toward their future,” says Schraven. This year, SC Südlohn will also be presenting its sports program at its own information point—including live karate fights. “We look forward to welcoming many curious visitors!”

The BEWITAL Group in Südlohn-Oeding brings together three successful companies under one roof: BEWITAL agri, BEWITAL petfood, and the freight forwarder westrans. BEWITAL agri is a technology leader in the development and production of high-quality specialty animal feed for the agricultural sector. BEWITAL petfood stands for super-premium pet food from its own production.
