Strengthening the next generation – securing the future: Start of training at BEWITAL

Teamwork is a top priority at BEWITAL – and has been from the very beginning. Every year, we train young professionals in a wide range of occupations and support them on their path to becoming true experts in their field.

This year, 15 new team members are starting in a total of eight apprenticeship professions with us. Their areas of work are as diverse as our company: from commercial roles as industrial clerks to skilled trades such as industrial mechanics for maintenance and commercial vehicle mechatronics technicians, to training as process engineers in the milling and grain industry, warehouse specialists, media designers, dairy laboratory assistants, and professional drivers.
One thing is certain: our new trainees are working in a wide variety of areas – and are bringing a breath of fresh air to the BEWITAL team.

At the start of the training program, we took the opportunity to give our new colleagues a comprehensive insight into the world of BEWITAL. The management, division managers, department heads, and trainers introduced themselves personally. In his welcome speech, Managing Director Dr. Jürgen Wigger emphasized:

“We look forward to welcoming employees who have ideas, contribute them, and are eager to make a difference with us.”

During a subsequent tour of various areas of the company—from the production site to the impressive high-bay warehouse—the trainees gained exciting insights into the diversity of our family business. Today, BEWITAL has almost 650 employees in a wide variety of areas, and we are proud that many of them started their careers with an apprenticeship at our company.
