The 2025 Training Night at BEWITAL once again impressively demonstrated how diverse the career opportunities are within the Southlohn-Oeding-based group of companies – and how much enthusiasm there is behind them. Even the first glimpse of the green-lit building aroused curiosity and led visitors directly to the administration department, where an open and lively exchange awaited them.
The fact that this evening left a lasting impression was mainly due to the people who organized it: the trainees and their trainers themselves answered questions firsthand, shared their experiences, and provided authentic insights into their everyday lives.
This year, the focus was on a total of eleven apprenticeship professions: whether industrial clerks, marketing communications clerks, digital media designers and design concept developers, process engineers, dairy laboratory assistants, electronics technicians for industrial engineering, mechatronics engineers, industrial mechanics for maintenance, warehouse clerks, or warehouse logistics specialists—the diversity offered something for everyone. The personal conversations on an equal footing and the exciting factory tours, which provided insights into production, technology, and logistics, were particularly appreciated.
"Our motto this year, ‘Get moving—we'll move too,’ symbolizes our training program: anyone who joins BEWITAL will find an environment that supports, challenges, and opens up real prospects. The Night of Training showed how lively and diverse this path can be. It was all the more wonderful that SC Südlohn 28 e.V. was there with a great team – a club that, like us, is convinced that movement, team spirit, and commitment are the foundation of any strong community," said Corinna Schraven from BEWITAL.
